Chat with our rental assistant to check availability and submit your inquiry. You will receive a confirmation number.

Review & Contract
The lodge secretary will review your request, schedule a walk-through, and provide the rental agreement and deposit instructions.

Confirmed
Once the signed contract and deposit are received, your date is confirmed. Submitting an inquiry does not hold the date.
Events with Alcohol

Events where alcohol will be served require a separate rental agreement, a valid server license, and a Certificate of Insurance with liquor liability coverage. These must be received before the date can be confirmed. The lodge secretary will provide details during the review process.
